Job summary

Central Coast Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator & Estimator to join the Fountaindale office. Manage in-house sales, estimating and customer support, prepare quotes for new installations or replacements, and follow up to close sales with a professional, customer-focused approach.

You will assist residential and commercial clients, guide options with pricing, and record all communications in AroFlo, with training on Groundplan and Podium.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, estimating, quotation coordination or a trade-related business will be highly regarded.
• Air conditioning experience is desirable but not essential.
• We value effective communication skills, proactive sales follow-up, attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residential and commercial clients with their air conditioning enquiries, providing product advice and recommending suitable solutions.
• Using Groundplan software and approved pricing methods to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for new installations based on plans, and system replacements using information and photos provided by clients, our onsite Sales Estimator and service team.
• Guide clients through their product options, providing recommendations and indicative pricing.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and quotes by phone, including those prepared by our onsite sales team, to discuss quotes, answer questions and ensure clients feel confident throughout the sales process.
• Escalating any technical, pricing or client concerns when required and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Negotiate within approved pricing limits and confidently follow up with clients to secure sales.
• Accurately record all client communications, decisions, quotation updates and scheduled follow up actions in AroFlo.
• Obtain written quotation approvals from clients, coordinate bookings and scheduling for site inspections and installations, prepare sales invoices and ensure complete handovers to the installation teams.
• Follow up with clients by phone after installation to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to share their experience through a Google review.
