Job summary

Precise is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects from initiation through completion in Sydney. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality, safety, resources, contractors, and client relationships.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, proven project management experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and budgets that align with project goals
• Select subcontractors and establish project team with other construction professionals
• Manage project progress, timelines, and budgets
