Job summary

Talent Logic is seeking an HVAC Sales Specialist for a Manufacturer/OEM in Brisbane, QLD. You will apply diagnostic sales, negotiation and a consultative approach to manage and grow existing accounts while winning new business across the local market.

Responsibilities include preparing RFTs/RFPs, negotiating product solutions and pricing, reporting on sales performance and margins, and strengthening contractor and consultant relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HVAC/R knowledge in commercial markets
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Consultative selling approach
• Ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with Queensland HVAC channels

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing commercial accounts
• Develop new business opportunities across the QLD market
• Prepare and assist with RFT and RFP submissions
• Negotiate product solutions and pricing structures
• Report on sales performance, margins and secured projects
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors and consultants
