Carrier in Sydney is seeking a Modernisation Project Manager to lead HVAC service and modernisation projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results while meeting contractual obligations.

You will manage schedules, scopes, resources and finances, ensure WHS compliance, and drive strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

3–5 years' project management experience in HVAC/building services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation and commissioning.
Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources and delivery plans.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Monitor financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cost control and profitability.
Ensure WHS compliance and Carrier safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
Oversee documentation, commissioning, handover and close-out per Carrier quality standards.
Build relationships with customers, consultants, engineering teams and sales.
Provide regular status updates, commercial reporting and risk mitigation.
