Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Modernisation Business Development Manager to identify and secure HVAC retrofit and lifecycle upgrade opportunities across commercial and industrial assets in the Sydney metropolitan area.

The role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge, the ability to engage owners and managers, and the capability to develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. On-site presence in Sydney is expected with a focus on delivering value and project wins.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling HVAC retrofit, upgrade or modernisation projects.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building services.
• Experience developing technical proposals and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop HVAC retrofit, modernisation, and lifecycle upgrade opportunities across sectors.
• Engage owners, facility managers, consultants and contractors to shape solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals with engineering teams.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle to contract award.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and market intelligence.
