Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' project management experience in HVAC or building services.
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge and commissioning experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to budget and schedule.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation with customers and teams.
• Commitment to workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of HVAC projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and delivery plans to achieve project objectives.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Carrier safety standards, and customer-specific safety requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Oversee project documentation, commissioning, handover, and project close-out in line with Carrier quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, engineering teams, and sales to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Provide regular project status updates, commercial reporting, and technical support to stakeholders while identifying and mitigating project risks.
