Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Modernization Business Development Manager in Sydney to identify and secure HVAC retrofit, upgrade and lifecycle opportunities across commercial assets. You will engage building owners, facility managers, consultants and contractors to develop technically sound, commercially competitive solutions and drive revenue growth through the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling HVAC retrofit projects and building services solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and energy efficiency opportunities.
• Ability to develop technically sound, commercially viable proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure HVAC retrofit, modernisation and lifecycle upgrade opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals with engineering teams.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle to contract award.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and market intelligence to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
