Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall in North Sydney is seeking an HVAC Estimator to join our Mechanical Services team. You will be responsible for value management, benchmarking analysis, and post-contract services including assessment of progress claims and contract variations.

The ideal candidate has proven HVAC and mechanical services estimating experience on Australian construction projects, strong technical skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a project team.

• Valuemanagementassociatedwithmechanicalservices
• Benchmarkinganalysisassociatedwithmechanicalservices
