Job summary

Virtual Mate is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for complex commercial projects. You will collaborate with design, project management, and construction teams to deliver competitive HVAC solutions across hospital, retail, and industrial sites.

This remote role requires at least 5 years in HVAC estimating, proficiency with estimating software, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record with Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC estimating.
• Experience on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects.
• Experience across hospitals, fit outs, retail, and industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation methodologies.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
• Trade background or mechanical engineering/building services qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for HVAC projects.
