Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC construction.
• Experience managing HVAC construction projects or sites.
• Strong financial management and cost-control experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, subcontractors and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of construction project delivery and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Maintain responsibility for budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Procure equipment and materials.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractors and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate project activities to meet delivery timeframes.
• Identify, price, negotiate and manage project variations; manage commissioning.
• Ensure all activities comply with WHS legislation and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and schedules.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project quality, compliance and customer satisfaction throughout lifecycle.
