• Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Support installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Follow Carrier’s health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Attend TAFE and complete apprenticeship training.
• Develop technical knowledge and practical skills through hands-on experience.
• Work with customers and colleagues across sites.
