Job summary

Carrier Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our team and learn from experienced HVAC technicians while completing formal TAFE studies.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC and air‑conditioning systems, while developing safety, documentation and customer-facing skills in a supportive Carrier environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and develop skills in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in completing formal TAFE studies alongside on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Support fault finding and repairs under supervision.
