• We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Hands-on and enjoys working with tools and equipment.
• Safety-conscious and committed to doing things the right way.
• Able to demonstrate good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Holding a current driver's licence, or willing to obtain one as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
• Learn fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Support the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow Carrier's health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Attend TAFE and complete all required apprenticeship training and assessments.
• Develop your technical knowledge and practical skills through hands-on experience.
• Work professionally with customers and colleagues across a range of customer sites.
