Job summary
Fluence Energy Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and field service on battery energy storage systems and associated high- and medium-voltage networks.
The role requires traveling to project sites and collaborating with internal teams for safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate has an A-Class Electrician License with HV experience, proven renewable energy background, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret electrical
Qualifications
- Current A-Class Electrician License with HV experience.
- Proven experience in renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in HV switching and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and field service on BESS and HV/MV/LV systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools.
- Conduct HV switching per safety and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, switching, permits and records.
- Support commissioning activities and project handovers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors for safe operations.
