Fluence is seeking a skilled electrician to perform inspections, maintenance and field service on battery energy storage systems and associated high and medium voltage networks at sites around Tomago, NSW.

Applicants should have an A-Class Electrician license with HV experience, 2+ years in energy or battery storage, and proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems while maintaining safety and documentation standards. Willingness to travel is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in energy, engineering or battery storage field.
• HV switching experience and strict safety adherence required.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and service manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and field service on BESS and HV/MV/LV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with diagnostic tools.
• Conduct HV switching per safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, switching, permits, and technical records.
• Support commissioning activities including testing and validation of new installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders for safe operations.
