Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of the restaurant in Victoria. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a crew, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and cleanliness.

You will participate in a 12-week training plan designed to develop leadership capabilities, enhance operations, and certify you for ongoing success within the Hungry Jack's brand.

• Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Hungry Jacks - Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fulltime role. You will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.

About the Role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.

Duties

• Conduct structured training for crew members

Management Training Plan

If successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.

• Week 1 to 6 – Crew Station Training
• Week 7 to 11 – Leadership/Management Training
• Week 12 – Certification
