Hungry Jack's in South Australia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will develop your crew, drive sales and maintain safety, hygiene and compliance across shifts.

The role includes a 12-week management training plan, uniforms provided, and opportunities to complete nationally accredited qualifications. Additional benefits include staff discounts and career development.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.

Duties

• Conduct structured training for crew members
• Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions

• Drive sales & profitability
• Monitor production controls
• Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety

Management Training Plan

If successful - you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.

• Week 1 to 6 - Crew Station Training
• Week 7 to 11 - Leadership/Management Training
• Week 12 - Certification
