Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee safe, efficient operations and guest satisfaction. You will train crew, coach leaders, and manage shift plans while driving sales and ensuring hygiene and safety.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.

Duties

• Conduct structured training for crew members
• Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions

Management Training Plan

If successful - you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.

• Week 1 to 6 - Crew Station Training
• Week 7 to 11 - Leadership/Management Training
• Week 12 - Certification
