Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Australia to support the Restaurant Manager in all operations, lead a developing crew, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

You will undertake a 12-week training program designed to prepare you for success, including Crew Station Training, Leadership/Management Training, and a final certification, with on-the-job training, flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, staff discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties.

Duties

• Conduct structured training for crew members

• Monitor production controls
• Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
• Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs

Management Training Plan

If successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.
