Anglo American is seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join the onsite HR team at Capcoal Open Cut Mine in Middlemount, QLD. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and daily HR guidance in a fast-paced site environment.
You will build strong relationships, maintain HR records, deliver reports, and support HR projects while ensuring compliance with industrial agreements and legislative requirements.
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Human Resources Officer to join our onsite HR team at Capcoal Open Cut Mine. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys building strong connections with employees and leaders. As an integral part of our onsite HR team, you’ll provide support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through to payroll, performance management, reporting and day‑to‑day guidance on HR matters.
