Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking an HR Advisor to strengthen our people team in Sydney. You will report to a strategic HR Manager and focus on people development, HR processes, and associate services.

Key duties include guiding staff, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and supporting probation, performance, and salary reviews while ensuring WHS compliance and data-driven HR reporting. The role emphasizes embedding our values across People & Culture practices.

• Experience in a similar HR role is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• High level of integrity when following procedures.
