UNSW is seeking a CRM Technical Lead to govern and evolve the enterprise PRM platform, HubSpot CRM. You will align platform capabilities with business needs, drive governance, automation, reporting and data quality across the university in collaboration with stakeholders.

Based in Kensington, Sydney, the role offers hybrid work (2-3 days in office) and reports to the Technology Manager. Starting salary is 153,933 AUD plus generous superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience configuring, administering, governing, implementing and automation for a CRM (preferably HubSpot) in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience in CRM platform governance, configuration management, end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap management, management, reporting and data quality improvement.
• Strong understanding of CRM design and administration principles, including user management, permissions, data models, lifecycle processes, system controls, integrations, platform extensibility and development capabilities and governance standards.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, user experience and operational outcomes.
• Experience building dashboards, reports and data views that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience leading CRM platform delivery, including assessing and onboarding of new business areas in partnership with external implementation or systems integration partners, working with Agile and other delivery methodologies and using a delivery management tool (e.g. JIRA)

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of UNSW's PRM platform, currently HubSpot B2B CRM.
• Oversee platform administration, configuration, development, integrations, maintenance, support, reporting and workflow automation.
• Drive platform adoption, continuous improvement and benefits realisation across the organisation.
• Onboard new business areas and manage vendor relationships for delivery and ongoing support.
• Ensure data quality, reporting and system performance while addressing risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology and leadership teams.
