Job summary

Monash University is seeking an HSW Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic advisor across assigned faculties, divisions or schools. You will partner with senior leaders, staff and students to deliver authoritative safety advice, shape risk management strategies and foster a proactive culture of physical and psychological wellbeing within our ISO 45001-accredited framework.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in HSW (or equivalent experience).
• Strong consulting, analytical and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of relevant safety legislation for HSW.
• Understanding of the contemporary HSW landscape in the tertiary sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard investigations across faculties.
• Analyse safety metrics to produce executive briefings.
• Deliver targeted HSW training workshops.
• Build consultative networks with safety committees, HR and Security to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.
