Job summary

The University of Sydney seeks an experienced HSW Manager Partnering STEMM to lead the HSW Partnering Service Delivery across multiple portfolios, ensuring consistent, risk-based delivery of the Health and Safety Management System and related initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, HSW Partnering, you will oversee workforce planning, role clarity and capability development, drive continuous improvement, and work with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of safety, health and wellbeing across

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
ICAM Lead Investigator or equivalent is desirable.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with WH&S legislation and Codes of Practice.
Experience managing serious/high-risk incidents and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead HSW Partnering Service Delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and health and safety performance.
Provide strategic HSW leadership and advice.
Ensure effective implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.
Oversee the daily delivery of HSW Partnering Services with a focus on agile, responsive, outcome driven service delivery.
Build capability, culture and deliver strategic initiatives.
