Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking an HST Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across Health, Safety and Training. You’ll help keep our operations compliant and running smoothly while supporting a safe, skilled workforce.

The role is based at Ironbark No 1 with residential/DIDO options and accommodation provided. 2+ years of mining administration experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent stakeholder communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' previous administration experience in a mining or similar environment is desirable.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn safety and training systems.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
