Argo Natural Resources is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Training Coordinator to join our team at Ironbark No 1, Queensland. You’ll support safe, compliant and healthy operations, working closely with mine teams to keep HST systems on track.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, LMS management, and strong communication across levels, with a focus on detail, risk assessments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HST role within Queensland coal mining.
• Experience developing and delivering online training courses.
• Proficient in LMS administration and maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant and healthy workplace.
• Coordinate health and injury matters.
• Monitor safety actions and close out issues.
• Contribute to investigations, risk assessments and improvements.
