Job summary

Clancy Catholic College West Hoxton invites applications for an HSIE teacher to join our Catholic education community. The role focuses on delivering quality HSIE/Religious Education, working within a collaborative HSIE team to support students’ academic and personal growth.

You will teach HSIE and related subjects, contribute to a mission-driven learning culture, and participate in school-wide initiatives aligned with our motto.

The successful applicant will join an energetic HSIE Team focused on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging. They will work collaboratively with the Leadership Team, the HSIE faculty and the team of middle leaders at the College.

About You

As a HSIE Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:

• expertise in HSIE / Religious Education, with additional teaching areas advantageous
• strong classroom management and student well-being focus
• ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
