Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an HSE professional to support site operations across the East region. You will collaborate with operations to deliver on health, safety and environmental objectives and drive improvements to prevent incidents.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in a health and safety discipline, 3–5 years of hands-on experience and strong report writing, investigations and stakeholder management skills. Some travel to East Coast sites is expected.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a health and safety related discipline is essential.
• Report writing and Investigations skills are essential.
• Experience handling safety conversations with confidence and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
• A proactive safety mindset with focus on HSE assurance and lead indicator performance.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations to deliver HSE objectives and accountabilities.
• Act as a key contact for operational teams and clients on health, safety and environment improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, HSE strategies and initiatives to prevent incidents.
• Travel to East Coast sites as required.
