Sodexo in Brisbane is seeking a passionate safety professional to support our Queensland site operations on a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster, 14 days on and 7 off, 11 hours a day from Brisbane. Reporting to the HSE Lead East, you will collaborate with site operations to deliver HSE objectives and accountabilities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate safety professional to support our site operations in Qld. Working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 14 days on and 7 days off for 11 hours per day from Brisbane.

Reporting directly to the HSE Lead East, you will work closely with and support site operations to deliver on HSE objectives, strategies and accountabilities for the provision of services within your area of responsibility.

You will act as a key contact for the operational team and clients in regard to health, safety and environmental improvements, be focused on continuousimprovement and drivestrategies and initiatives to aid in the prevention of incidents.

You will be qualified in a health & safety related discipline and have a minimum of 3-5 yearsdemonstrated experience in supporting, influencing and driving a zero harmmindset, have a detailed knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, critical risk management and root cause analysis. The successful candidate shall also possess strong IT acumen and report writing skills, paying attention to detail.
