Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the Global Strategic Accounts portfolio in Eastern Australia. You will provide expert HSE guidance, conduct audits, support investigations and ensure compliance with the HSEQ Management System and client requirements.

You will collaborate with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement, prepare HSE plans and risk assessments, and support digital safety initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in WHS or related discipline with minimum 3–5 years in HSE/Compliance.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, ensure compliance and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and HSEQ systems (ISO 45001/14001/9001).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HSE support across projects and mobilisation.
• Develop HSE plans, risk assessments and client responses for tenders.
• Coach leaders to improve HSE capability and performance.
• Lead incidents investigations and verify corrective actions.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and monitor compliance trends.
