Sodexo is seeking an experienced HSE Projects Manager in Australia to lead safety across complex construction projects from Perth, with regular travel to remote sites. You will build a high-performing HSE team and partner with leaders, clients and contractors to embed safety in project delivery.

The role focuses on influencing safety culture, strengthening controls, and delivering observable improvements through audits, investigations and leadership across the project portfolio.

Competenze

• Significant experience in a senior HSE/HSEQ leadership role within construction or a high-risk environment
• Experience supporting the delivery of construction projects
• Experience leading or developing HSE professionals and site teams
• Demonstrated capability across risk management, critical controls, auditing and incident investigation
• Strong communication and reporting skills with ability to translate HSE data into action

Mansioni

• Lead HSE across construction projects, embedding safety throughout mobilisation and delivery
• Partner with project leaders, clients, contractors and operations teams to manage HSE requirements
• Provide leadership across high-risk construction activities, risk assessments and critical control management
• Drive HSE assurance through site inspections, audits, investigations and performance reviews
• Ensure alignment with WHS legislation, ISO standards, client requirements and Sodexo HSEQ systems
• Lead and support incident investigations, identifying trends and translating learnings into improvements
• Strengthen safety leadership and behavioural safety, coaching leaders and teams
• Lead HSE requirements for new project and site mobilisations
• Monitor HSEQ performance and provide insights to senior leadership
• Build capability across project teams through coaching, training and workforce competency initiatives
