Job summary

Qube seeks an experienced HSE Admin to join the Rockingham team in a full-time on-site role. You will support training, compliance and workforce records, working closely with operations leaders to maintain safety systems.

You will coordinate training, licenses and inductions, assist with contractor onboarding, incident reporting and HSE documentation, and help prepare monthly HSE reports while engaging with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Administration, HSE Administration, Compliance or Workforce Coordination.
• Experience within mining, logistics, transport, construction or other heavy industry environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Experience managing training records, contractor compliance, onboarding processes or workforce documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain employee training, competency, license and induction records.
• Assist with contractor compliance, onboarding and mobilization activities.
• Support incident reporting, corrective actions, audits and HSE documentation management.
• Prepare compliance reports, maintain registers and assist with monthly HSE reporting requirements.Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and contractors to ensure workforce and safety compliance requirements are met.
• Provide general administrative support to the HSE, Fleet and Operations teams as required.
