Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support onboarding, payroll administration, compliance and workforce records across multiple entities in Queensland. The role offers varied responsibilities and exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate systems and processes, while delivering high-quality administrative support and improving efficiencies across the HR function.

Qualificações

• Organisation and accuracy in HR admin tasks.
• Strong communication with employees and managers.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HR/payroll support is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to HR and Payroll functions.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes and offboarding activities.
• Monitor licences, checks and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR, payroll and workforce reports.
• Assist recruitment administration and communications.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
