Job summary
Talent is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in HRIS to support HR technology initiatives, system enhancements and process improvements. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements and map current-state HR processes, bridging business needs with technology solutions.
With strong HRIS experience, you will assist with system implementations, upgrades and data migration, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with governance and security practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on HRIS implementations or HR tech projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Experience with HRIS integrations and data migration.
- Experience with HR data governance, privacy and security.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders.
- Analyse HR processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support HRIS implementations, upgrades and integration initiatives.
- Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories and process maps.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis for HR functions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to translate requirements.
- Support data migration, mapping, integration, data quality.
- Coordinate workshops and validation sessions.
- Assist with testing and change management.
