Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a safety-focused HR Driver to deliver and collect equipment across the region. In addition to driving, you’ll support yard activities, ensure on-time arrivals, and help keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll work with customers, branch staff and drivers to maintain safety and quality, complete documentation accurately, and uphold vehicle presentation standards. A strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic are essential.

• Safely delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites.

• Completing delivery dockets, paperwork, and transport documentation accurately.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation.
• Supporting yard and branch operations when not undertaking deliveries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites.

What We're Looking For

• A current HR Driver's Licence.
• Vehicle Loading Crane (VLC) Ticket, or willingness to obtain one.
• A strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices.
• Previous experience in transport, equipment hire, construction, logistics, or a related industry.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in maintaining vehicles, equipment, and a clean work environment.
