In-location HR connection activities, team planning, reporting, and process improvements will be part of your focus. This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive support across the WA HR function.

Responsabilités

• Owns the Head of HRBP WA's calendar and coordinates information, ensuring time and plans align with priorities.
• Coordinates the HRBP WA planning cycle, team calendar and core operating routines.
• Manages recurring team reporting, timelines and data consolidation.
• Provides coordinated administration for the HRBP team and operations.
• Supports in-location HR connection activities, events and engagement.
• Identifies practical improvements to team processes and reduces duplication.
