Catalina Consultants is seeking an experienced HR Support Advisor to help clients across industries. You will partner with businesses to provide HR support across all dimensions of generalist HR and build meaningful relationships with clients.

Formación

• Must have a recognised HR-related qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with diverse businesses to provide HR support across generalist HR dimensions.
• Build meaningful and long-lasting client relationships and collaborate with principals and advisors.
• Assist in delivering HR functions within client businesses with the team.
• Contribute to strategic HR assignments and initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Partner with interesting and diverse businesses to provide HR support across all dimensions of generalist HR
• Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients and their people
• Work together with Principals and Advisors on strategic HR assignments
• Take a supporting role in delivering the HR function within our clients' businesses, working with a team to ensure that together all key people projects are delivered
• Make our great team even better!
