Job summary

Domain and CoStar Group in Australia is seeking an Associate HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to deliver core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you will manage onboarding, changes, exits, and HR data integrity, triage support requests, and drive process improvements to standardize the employee experience.

• Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, exits, job changes, and maintain employee records in line with processes.
• Triages, actiones, or escalates shared services tickets ensuring timely delivery against SLA/KPI.
• Maintain reliable HR data across systems, with regular reconciliation.
• Review and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, solutions-focused HR Services team.
