Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage plant HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy in SuccessFactors/MIS. You will support hiring, onboarding, attendance, and payroll inputs, while coordinating with third-party vendors and plant stakeholders.

You will strengthen statutory compliance, deliver reports, and drive engagement initiatives within a manufacturing environment, including Marathi language engagement where required,

Qualifications

• MBA in HR from a recognised university with 5–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance and industrial relations.
• Experience in payroll inputs, attendance systems and third-party workforce admin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations at the plant, maintain employee records and MIS data.
• Support hiring, onboarding and manpower planning processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, accruals and reports from cosec; validate OT.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for offers, payroll and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance and employee engagement across the plant.
