Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services is seeking a dynamic HR Services Team Leader to guide a team of HR Coordinators across multiple Australian locations. The role focuses on efficient employee lifecycle management, data integrity in HR systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will oversee a high-volume ServiceNow queue, manage workloads, and ensure timely, accurate processing of onboarding and changes. A hybrid work setup and clear career pathways are offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent experience.
• Proven team leadership and KPI achievement in customer service.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Oversee a high-volume ServiceNow queue, triaging requests and allocating workloads.
• Ensure timely delivery of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and changes.
• Maintain accurate employee and position data in SuccessFactors.
• Build strong relationships with HRBPs, business managers, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements.
