Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related business discipline.
• Experience as HR Advisor/HR Business Partner (generalist).
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with leaders/managers to determine needs and support proactive people management.
• Roll out HR systems, policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Contribute to Workforce Planning.
• Lead initiatives to increase employee participation and commitment.
• Monitor HR regulatory requirements and industry trends and communicate potential impacts.
• Provide advice, support and coordination for industrial relations issues and performance management.
