Job summary

Attuned Talent is seeking an HR Projects Coordinator within the People team to provide hands-on project coordination, governance and implementation support across a portfolio of enterprise-wide people initiatives. You will work closely with senior HR and change professionals while engaging with stakeholders across a diverse workforce operating in a complex, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Strong HR project coordination skills with experience across project documentation, governance, reporting and tracking.
• An understanding of HR and People practices and an interest in organisational development, change, transformation or employee engagement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across different functions and levels of an organisation.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic People projects spanning organisational capability, performance, culture, engagement, change and broader organisational effectiveness.
• Coordinate documentation, timelines, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to keep projects moving.
• Work collaboratively across the People function as well as with leaders, internal teams, external advisors and suppliers.

The opportunity

As the HR Projects Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic People projects spanning organisational capability, performance, culture, engagement, change and broader organisational effectiveness.

You will play an important role in keeping projects moving by coordinating documentation, timelines, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The position will work collaboratively across the People function as well as with leaders, internal teams, external advisors and suppliers.

About you

You will be a highly organised and proactive HR professional or project coordinator who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You will bring strong attention to detail alongside the confidence to build relationships, coordinate competing priorities and ensure projects are supported by effective governance and documentation.

Ideally, you will bring:
