Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Relevant study in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline desirable.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including accurate correspondence.
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and escalate complex matters to the Regional HRBP.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, contracts and offboarding activities.
• Assist with performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
