Job summary

WS Audiology is hiring a Payroll and People & Culture Coordinator to join our ANZ team in Australia. You will manage end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand, support onboarding, and maintain compliant employee records to deliver a seamless employee experience.

In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with HR services, ensure payroll accuracy, participate in audits, and help drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery while upholding high standards and customer service

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience preferred.
• Experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/off-boarding activities.
• Support audits and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce insights.
