Reporting to a Senior HR Executive, you will coach line managers, implement HR projects, policies, and drive HR strategy. Australian citizenship and baseline/federal clearance are required to apply.

This role is Canberra based so you would need to relocate if interested in applying as 5 day a week role leading the HR Operations team. The business is 800 staff, growing strongly and is well positioned within the Defence Industry & Technology market. With a range of exciting programs and product innovations, they continue to grow their clients, revenue and solutions in this market.With this growth comes a critical requirement to add key talent into the business.Hence this role has been developed to ensure it leads the operational delivery of HR into the business at an enterprise level.

Reporting to a Senior HR Executive, you will lead a team of experienced HR professionals, deliveringgeneralist HR Services, engaging at all levels of the workforce, implementing further updates across HR projects, policy and HRIS and other programs.Engaging your own peer level executive line managers in a one on one and group model, and coaching them on their responsibilities for their teams, ensuring consistency of leadership and HR decision making is key to the role outcomes.

With the growth comes challenges, and this role works closely with the senior HR Exec, ensuring this role is operationally focused but contributes to the HR Strategy and developing solutions that meet their commitment to being their best.Your strong resilience, depth of HR expertise, relationship management, and ability to build sustainable HR solutions is critical.Remuneration is strong and career growth is evident.You do need to be a Australian Citizen to apply for this role due to government security requirements.
