Job summary

This role is a key leadership role within the wider HR group of a large and growing Defence & Technology group. With a range of exciting programs and product innovations, they continue to grow their clients, revenue and solutions in this market. With this growth comes a critical requirement to add key talent into the business. Hence this role has been developed to ensure it leads the operational delivery of HR into the business at an enterprise level.

Reporting to a Senior HR Executive, you will lead a team of experienced HR professionals, delivering generalist HR Services, engaging at all levels of the workforce, implementing further updates across HR projects, policy and HRIS and other programs. Engaging your own peer level executive line managers in a one on one and group model, and coaching them on their responsibilities for their teams, ensuring consistency of leadership and HR decision making is key to the role outcomes.

With the growth comes challenges, and this role works closely with the senior HR Exec, ensuring this role is operationally focused but contributes to the HR Strategy and developing solutions that meet their commitment to being their best.
