Job summary

Randstad HR Partners on the Gold Coast in Nerang is seeking an HR program support team member to deliver end-to-end HR services, manage inductions and exits, support payroll activities and use HR systems for data analysis and reporting.

This full-time casual assignment is based in Nerang for 12 months with potential extension, offering exposure to regional teams and a focus on compliance, collaboration, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resource Management principles.
• Exposure to project environments or public sector is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and research skills with good judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to handle priorities without supervision.
• Experience using HRIS for data entry and reporting.
• Australian work eligibility and willingness to undergo screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on HR policy, procedure and legislation.
• Coordinate regional onboarding, inductions and exits.
• Assist with establishment management, payroll activities and HR documentation.
• Utilise HRIS platforms for data entry, interrogation and reporting.
• Support regional culture, recognition initiatives and continuous improvement.
