Job summary

the authentics co. is seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to own day-to-day HR operations, improve processes and enhance the people experience in a global professional services setting.

You will drive HR system improvements, deliver analytics, oversee ANZ payroll with an outsourced partner and partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting. This is a hands‑on IC role offering breadth and impact.

Qualifications

• Broad HR operations experience and ability to own initiatives
• Experienced in HR process improvement with outcomes
• Project management including HR system implementation/automation
• Confident using HR systems, Excel and people data to inform decisions
• Payroll oversight with outsourced provider
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR frameworks
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and stakeholder relationships
• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Process improvement and projects: simplify processes and drive adoption
• HR systems and analytics: strengthen data quality and insights
• People experience: deliver responsive HR services across onboarding and changes
• HR advisory: guide employees and managers on policies and day‑to‑day matters
• Payroll oversight: coordinate outputs and resolve payroll queries with provider
• Controls and compliance: maintain records, support audits and strengthen controls
• Stakeholder partnerships: collaborate with Finance and regional teams
