Credit Corp in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to own our operational shared services and drive automation, governance and an enhanced employee lifecycle. You will lead onboarding, changes, offboarding and lifecycle admin while partnering with stakeholders to standardise processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities including onboarding, changes, offboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Drive continuous improvement across People Operations processes with opportunities for automation.
• Design, review and optimise workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and the employee experience.
• Manage and respond to HR queries, identify recurring themes and improve resources and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and documentation in compliance with legislation and privacy requirements.
• Lead and support the HR Operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
