Job summary

Adventist Aged Care Sydney is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day HR and administration across facilities. The role focuses on accurate documentation, onboarding, and staff coordination within a dynamic aged care environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate or Diploma in HR or related field, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS. Australian work rights are required.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a key support role within the HR team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of human resources and administration functions across our facilities.
You will work closely with the account, and care management teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth onboarding processes, and effective staff coordination.
